Rain, Rain, "don't" go away....

We have had a pretty dry (not to mention HOT) summer so when it rained a couple weeks ago we all wanted to go out and enjoy it. Just so you all don't think I am a horrible mom for letting my kids ride metal scooters in the rain, I assure you I was outside with them the whole time and there was no lightning anywhere to be seen. As Calvin can attest I am really very paranoid about lightning. It came down pretty hard for a while there and cooled off our little part of the planet for most of the rest of the day. Ahhhh!!! I can't wait for the cool weather to come and stay, it should be here by about... Halloween!
